Součástí našich integračních služeb je také WhatsApp Business Platform. Firemním klientům pomáháme technicky připravit a propojit jejich komunikaci tak, aby mohli WhatsApp využívat jako moderní zákaznický komunikační kanál.

Komunikace probíhá jménem příslušného firemního klienta. Naší úlohou je zajistit technickou integraci, potřebnou IT infrastrukturu a návaznost na systémy používané klientem.

Data získaná prostřednictvím platformy používáme pouze v rozsahu nezbytném pro poskytování integrační služby a se souhlasem příslušného klienta.

Marek Stejskal vystupuje jako technický integrátor poskytující služby firemním klientům. Jednotliví klienti využívají integrované platformy ke komunikaci se svými vlastními zákazníky. Obsah a obchodní účel zákaznické komunikace je řízen příslušným firemním klientem.

Marek Stejskal is an independent IT services provider providing network infrastructure, IT services and business messaging integrations for B2B clients in the Czech Republic. We integrate WhatsApp Business Platform for B2B clients to enable customer communication on their behalf. Platform Data is used only to provide this service with client consent.

We provide technical integration of the WhatsApp Business Platform for B2B clients. The integration enables our clients to communicate with their own customers through WhatsApp as part of their customer support and business communication processes.

Our role is to provide the technical integration, infrastructure and ongoing technical support. Communication is performed on behalf of the respective business client. Platform Data is processed only as necessary to provide the requested service and with the client’s consent.

Marek Stejskal acts as a technical integration provider for B2B clients. Clients use the integrated platforms to communicate with their own customers. Our role is limited to providing technical integration, infrastructure and support required for the service.
